RunRideRace Management

RunRideRace can help your local group put on an event.  We are currently involved with over 20 events in 2008. We provide race management, online registration, online donation to charity related to event, course design, course set-up, water stop set-up, and full finish line management.  We include a finish line chute, computerized timing of the results, and result reports for age group and overall top finishers.  All you need are volunteers from your organization to assist in event related tasks.

Race Management Fees

RunRideRace fees are determined by the type of event and staff required.  

Timing fees start at $1.75 per runner with a $400 minimum per race.

There are additional fees if you request more than event timing.

For wave start, mountain bike races, and multiple events submit request to receive a quote.

Equipment Rental

RunRideRace owns the top of the line LED finish line clock, Time machine, stop watch with tape printout, and race management software (RunRideRace staff required).  If you do not need race management but would like to improve the professional look of your event or to manage your event with more ease we offer rental of these items. 

Rental Charges

• Timer with time print out  $50

• Digital Clock (two sided with stand) $100

• 10x10 pop-up tent $75

• PA System with microphone $100

• Bull Horn $20

• Generator $65

• pickup/delivery charge $20 min charge 

*Receive  a 15% for orders over $120

Scheduling Your Event

We add events to our calendar year round.  Reserve your race date asap as our calendar fills up quickly.  Reservations are first come first serve.  For questions or to reserve a date contact us now.
