This is an off-road duathlon. The format will be 5-mile trail run, 12-mile mountain bike 1-mile trail run.
Race Fee: $45 Solo

Relay Team
Relay team will be made up of one runner and one biker. If you ride but don't run or run but don't ride we'll help you find a teammate. Request a teammate now.
The Course
A 1/2 mile of running on dirt road start will spread out the field prior to entering single track for the remaining 4 1/2 miles. The bike portion will be 2 laps of single track totalling about 12 miles. The final run will be the 1 mile "lake loop". All levels are encouraged!

This is a shorter version of the Dirty Du for youth. The format will be 1/2-mile run, 2-mile mountain bike, 1/2-mile run.

The New Course
Run: The two runs will be on "Bomb Crater" loop which measures just over 1/2 mile.
Bike: The bike will be 2 "Lake Loops" which measures 1 mile each.
Fan Zones
There will be a couple locations where you will see racers up to 6 times throughout the race. We will also have "Cheering Locations" on the trails to encourage the athletes.
Private Camp
This is private property so let's enjoy this opportunity to race at the camp again!
Please pick up your trash and "leave no trace". There is a dumpster in the parking lot for our use.
