Camp Hilbert Race Series
These races are held at Camp Hilbert on a 6-mile single track loop. We welcome beginners to expert riders.
2010 CHRS Race Dates: March 7, May 8 and June 27th.
Race day check in will start at 7:30 at Camp Hilbert.
New start times:
9:00am Enduro, Junior, Sport Women, and all beginner divisions
10:30am Expert, men's sport, single speed, Clydesdale

Rain
We will postpone the race if needed. Rain date for CH #1 is 14th.
These trails are closed to non-members, so please don't ride the trail without obtaining permission. Contact us if you're looking to organize a ride.
Race Fees
Pre-registration $25 for Junior and beginner women, $35 for enduro, $30 for all other classes.
Race day registration opens at 8am
Race day fees will be $10 more than pre-registration.

Other info
Please pick up your trash and "leave no trace". There is a dumpster in the parking lot for our use. No dogs allowed. We will have two port-a-potties in the main parking lot.
Pre-Ride
There will be no official pre-ride for this event. There may be a trail work day/ride prior to the event. If you have any questions please contact us.

Team Series Award Rules
The team captain must contact us with the following information no later than the Friday prior to the race to qualify for the team series award. It will be awarded after the July race.
1. Team name/All members must register using the same exact team name.
2. Team leader must submit all team members’ names and categories that are racing.
3. Team members must be pre-registered! If you're not pre-registered you will not score.
4. A minimum of 5 racers, on the same team pre-registered, are needed to qualify.
5. The top 3 finishers will be counted per team.
6. How this will be scored... points will be awarded to the top 5 finishers in each class for the first two races of the series (5, 4, 3, 2, and 1). Race #3 will be worth double points (10, 8, 6, 4, and 2). So, at the first two races, the best a team can do is 15 points (three riders winning their respective classes). Tie will go to the team with the most points from CHRS #3. If there is still a tie the 4th rider will be scored and so on.

Refund Policy
If the race is rescheduled due to rain, you will automatically be entered for the new date. If you are unable to make the new date you can transfer your credit to a future race. To transfer your registration you must contact us by 7 days post race.
